At the end of the day, the majority of the global youth are liberal. They believe in liberal values. They have progressive views on everything. They’re the most secular generation in history. They speak English, consume American media, reject the norms of the elder generations, spread all their ideals on the internet instantaneously, invent new categories of identity for themselves instead of adhering to grandiose religions and ideologies, etc. All current-day politics is based on the fact that the people in charge are aware that this generation will inherit the world and keep the mantle of global liberalism alive. You didn't "give" rights to women. Women had rights, and we finally recognized those God given rights as we should've been doing the entire time. Our original philosophy of government by consent, and taxation with consent, has always ignored women's consent, and laws which fixed this righted an injustice even our founders knew to be wrong.

For a practical matter, coverture in the United States was most often justified through legal logic, not the resistance to women voting; it was believed a woman exerted influence through her husband. If a woman was given the right to vote, a man could double his vote, and the system would then unjustly favor the married.
This was the logic, even John Adam's applied the same when dismissing his wife whom told him to "remember the ladies."
This isn't sexism in the modern sense, whereupon women are rejected because they're women, the logic of the time was based on over a thousand years of masculine governmental practice that was thought to be the only way to do things, and was admired by the intellectuals of the 18th century studying those Greco-Roman practices.
But the fact remained, every American had rights before they were recognized. The constitution was the first to recognize those rights, even if not by name.

I'm in my very early 20s. I only just got the ability to drink a couple years ago.
I still have friends who are between 16-20.
I can say with relative confidence that the vast majority of kids these days are progressive. The way they think about things is inherently more progressive, and to me, it mirrors the history of the OG civil rights era, the 50s boomers started to be born, in their 20s they were teens and young adults beginning to rebel against the status quo more often, leading to garage rock and roll and punk music, activism galore, protests, and lots of free-spirit Events, along with the growth of American individuality. To me, this looks like the next progressive era.

Yeah, some Latina kids in my area in the Southern United States were on the conservative side, but recently, atleast a few have lost relatives and friends to the new immigration policies, and they're holding a grudge. South American countries are inherently pretty conservative, and you see that in the kids in the USA, so really they're just anti -Republican rn, not necessarily anti-conservative.
This is just my pov bro, idk really any hardcore conservative kids, just some who lean that way because their parents do or because they are mildly politically interested, but are overall already burned out. The only dude I know who's pretty far right leaning is also not going to support Republicans next election, I didn't ask why.

Historically, no. The people that fought for these ideals were mainly men. Women were raising children and doing domestic work, not politics. The dominant view among your male ancestors is how we got to this point.

A plurality of worldviews always creates an "us vs them" mentality because 90% of people cannot separate themselves from their perceptions and emotions. This is fine when there is a dominant, unifying culture, ideally based upon race, that always puts the best people in the most important positions, places morality and courage as the best virtues and foster them within the masses, and understands the reality of authority. It must also emphasize the duty the living have to the long dead ancestors and those who haven't been born yet. When races are mixed together there are two different human subspecies occupying the same space. Now resource competition starts and the two racial masses will inevitably go to war with each other due to ancient and immutable protective instincts present in the lizard-brain of man. To prevent this, each race must have it's own land that they and only they can inhabit and rule. Anything less than this is not only stupid but evil. We can all be friends, but we all have to live in our own communities, free from the interference of others.
