the law isn't just how the world is, laws exist to make society run better and prevent problems that would otherwise arise. while I personally wouldn't care about someone deepfaking me doing literally anything, enough people would that it becomes necessary to make that option legally dangerous to do. the fact that cp and murder are illegal are also limitations on a person's freedom to act but we (most of us) agree to not do those things because that results in a better world than one in which cp and murder were legal and common.
