We can't really understand the moral compass of an all-powerful entity with our limited understanding of how things work by comparison.
It's morality is not a biproduct of natural selection or soceital pressures.
For example this deity could think canibalism is objectively good but saying that it's bad is also good, hence it was written down as sinful but you would be rewarded for doing so but eating pork is a grave sin and will be treated as such. The actual explination could only be processed by a brain the size of a planet in the span of 10000 years and for the pork thing it's even worse. Obviously we think canibalism is bad and eating pork has no moral value asigned to it.
The problem is, that if we start with an atheist view, this does not prove God, nor does it prove the Christian God. Only agnosticism (or theist but we cannot understand this/these God(s)) because we really cannot know what God could be hiding from us and why.

A kitty likely does not understand why humans want to pet it and take care of instead of consuming it like any other animal a human's size and strength would, our understanding of morality is different to that of the kitty and some of our actions confuse it.
