I slept too early so I woke up 4 hours early and had insomnia for two hours. When the alarm went off I was wrecked and took a 20 minute nap to recover luckily I got out at the normal time. Today I'm going to try again, but this time I'm going to sleep later. I'll be tired when I get home, but at least I'll have a good rest and when I get home again it will be easier to adjust to the new schedule. If it works, I'll be able to do this routine again on Tuesday.

When I woke up and realized what time I was leaving I got so mad that I didn't even post, but I'm back! Bau bau!

My focus is to sleep 8 hours so if I set the alarm to 04:50 then I would have to be asleep at 20:50 (for example now) But my body is not adapted to the need to wake up at that time, so it ends up waking me up earlier and leaving me with insomnia. The insomnia is so bad that I could go to work right there, But I know I didn't sleep much and in a few hours I would fall asleep again while I was working and it would be a horrible experience.
