what things is tor good for that are no illegal
TOR
Bump.
I've been curious about this too.
Is it any safer than a regular browser?
It's only as safe as your diligent opsec.
Finding naked pictures and videos of me
It's the only way to host a website that will allow all legal discussion. Your website host will shut down your website if it contains loli.
obviously not since this site contains loli
and many others do too
This one gets away with it by being grandfathered in, and being swarmed with police. It will also ban you for certain legal speech.
Nothing really. That's the whole point. The US Navy are the one's who developed it. You really think they released it to the public without having a way to monitor it's usage?
I use it for some archival sites of clearnet websites. The benefit is when something is DCMAd from the clearnet site, the archive site still has the content.
Ooh, is this possible with deleted YouTube channels/videos?
If someone is insane enough to archive youtube on onion, then sure
ah, all or nothing, gotcha.
I assume the archived sites only go as far back as the creation of onion?
I'm on a quest to archive all of my old favorite internet Flash games, and there's some old ones that are almost lost media at this point. Like some of the Veggie Tales flash games. (the few files that do exist are broken at best.) The site is from the '00s. I don't know if archives go back quite that far.
Flashpoint has been a huge help, but its archive is lacking in many super old flash games.
i used it to bypass websites that where blocked when i used to use some free public wifi where using my vpn would not work
clearnet
what is clearnet i have heard about this before but no clue how to use
I think clearnet just refers to regular websites accessible from consumer browsers?
i hate tor most sites i try do not work or are extremely slow
I am a complete rookie at this shit. But is there a way to reverse image search on this browser?
legal
cp
holy obvious bait batman!
Not talking about cp
you can get free bitcoin
I've heard you can download ram too
Nothing, everybody uses the clearweb and only the glowies end up using tor
chicken pocks?
I think he's talking about chicken parmesan?
It's pretty easy. Slice 2 large chicken breasts in half lengthwise to make 4 thin cutlets and pound to even thickness. Season with salt and pepper. Set up three bowls: one with 1/2 cup flour, one with 2 beaten eggs, and one with a mix of 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs and 1/2 cup grated parmesan. Dredge each cutlet in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry chicken 3-4 minutes per side until golden. Spread half of 3 cups marinara sauce in a baking dish, arrange chicken on top, spoon remaining sauce over each cutlet, and sprinkle with 1 cup shredded mozzarella. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and chicken is cooked through (165°F). Garnish with chopped basil and serve
TOR is good for making sure you get your internet activity logged by the government. Not much else
Oh shit. Off to jail with you
a recipe so damn good it's criminal.
my roomie in college used to make this shit all the time, cuz his black ass couldn't make anything else kek
Bold to assume the government isn't already monitoring everyone's internet activity already.
We can assume your reading comprehension needs work.
But yeah, TOR is a United States Naval Research Laboratory project. Everything is monitored and indexed by various systems.
Your egress node isn't trustworthy.

- Tor works on top of the normal Internet, so it does require an always-on connection.
Not if you are persistent enough :)
