how can I raise my 300s credit score? I need a loan so I can buy me a nice car
How can I raise my 300s credit score? I need a loan so I can buy me a nice car
buy taking out smaller loans and paying them off. I been doing it for the past 3 years and I'm already at 700. Also just paying your bills on time if you have any.
I have lots of them. 700? you're a flag salutin' motherfucker, aren't you
if you mean i'm american, yes I am American, funniest part is I have no idea what to do with this good credit since I don't give 2 shits about a car, I can open my own store up cause paypal keeps offering me a buisness loan but I don't know what to do with that either.
how about a non for profit organization so you can have an income tax exemption.
It will be faster to just save money for a car than it will be for you to get a good enough credit score for it to make difference on a used car loan
i don't pay taxes already, so what good will that do? lol
Taking out smaller loans? How small were the loans and what were the loans for? I don't know what banks or credit unions are just going to freely give out loans to a 300 credit score having fag
charles schawb over here
You can get a credit building account w/ a bank like Navy Federal Credit they well lend you a couple bucks a month and you pay it back until you have a good score
amazon lets you use Affirm as long as you don't have bad credit, start there. I probably have like 10 loans right now from buying stuff like an xbox, e-bike, computers, graphics cards, anything really. Anything where you pay from $14-$50 per month for an item will help your credit go up.
no idea who that is but no I just am on Social security, which yes if I did start a buisness it would get me off it, but I honestly just don't know what to start nor do I care.
contribute to someone elses credit score, register a debt owed and paid off by someone else. how hard can it be to become a clearing house the guidelines were written during the age of the fax and email is way more advance plus cellphones have been, wrongly, given similar security clearances as a fax machine.
I don't need it, i'm not op but i'm just asking since banks typically won't just give out loans to someone with a shit credit score and shit credit history. By a couple bucks, do you literally mean like a couple or a few hundred? OP could opt for a secured credit card. He'd put the deposit which would act as his credit limit and then he'd keep his balance under a certain limit and pay it off in full every monthThat makes much more sense now. Not a loan in the traditional sense but he'd be financing them and paying them back.
not true. it's faster to just start paying back debts to get your credit up to enough to buy a car and then go back to being a degenerate

I was making a joke but I guess it fell flat.
Go ahead, make your jokes mr jokie. Joke maker
It's literally a small amount of money less than $100
The interest rate on affirm loans are kind of high and it doesn't matter if you pay the loan off early you still have to pay the interest which makes it much worse than a credit card that's why they give everyone and anyone a loan
still works and my credit score is 700, so i mean if anon wants to get a high credit score, he can do that. Sure it took me 3 years to get this but 3 years is nothing honestly.
why do you have to piss in my pool for? it was all in good fun, mr. meanie pants.
Don't do this if you take out a loan with affirm you have to pay interest. There are much better ways to build credit you can use a credit building account or a secured credit card you won't need to pay interest.
I second anon, it can be risky because of the high interest rates but if you pay on time then you can leverage it until you have a better credit score and can get a credit card which will then be used to build credit even more
If you go to your bank and ask them for help building your credit score they will help you any way they can it's one of the advantages of a bank account.
U have to be a retard to get a loan for a fucking car, u can find good used cars for around 2k-3k,why fuck up ur whole life for a car
nice quads. impressive
It ain't the 90s or early 00s anymore bud. The used car market is an absolute shit show where used cars that aren't in serious need of repairs are somewhere in the 4k and up range.
I'm tired of taking the bus
How did you get a 300 credit score? You'd have to really know what to look for when buying a car, when meeting up to test drive, and also get lucky to buy a 2k to 3k car that runs well, won't crap out on you in a month or two, or doesn't have some issue with the engine, some major leak, some major repair. Save your money, build your credit, do your research.
Brother I got my golf 5+ with 250k km for around 4 k and till tis day it has no issued, now I have 350k km in it
I like to gamble too much. I need a nice corolla
you can get all kinds of stuff you just need to be patient. If you can get a jap econobox with less than 200k you'll be fine
I'm not saying it couldn't be done or isn't possible, but you'd have to seriously get lucky and know what you're doing. What to look out for. Bring your own scanner, have a bit of knowledge on how cars run and function. The average quality of car that you'll be dealing with in the 2k to 3k range will be questionable at best to one its last legs that will give out in a month or two. OP is better off saving up his money and building his credit instead of throwing his money away
Yep, you'd have to wait it out and get lucky. Bring your own scanner, take your time testing out the knobs, seeing how it idles, if it makes any weird noises, how well does it handle turning, going from 20 to 60, pop the hood and check it out. 2k to 3k doesn't leave much room for a car that runs well
cash for clunkers still wreaking havoc on the affordable car market
I been doing it for the past 3 years and I'm already at 700.
wait, do people actually have to try things like that to get a 700+ credit score? I've never done anything like that and I'm around a 770
sure, mr. moneybags
you can be poor and have a high credit score
just steal it lol
Your fortune: Average Luck
Do you have a credit card? That's literally all you need, but it also takes time. One mistake people make is they pay off their credit card balance as soon as it appears, you're actually supposed to wait til you get your statement for the month and then pay off the balance for optimal credit building. Also every 6 months ask to increase your available credit amount on your card, especially if they started you off with a really low line of credit like 1 or 2 k
moneybags
I mean, if making 55k a year is "moneybags" level then sure lol
