If you like smells then you should smell my apartment right now. I got a lot of roasted garlic in my dehydrator. It's making the whole place smell like tasty mouth watering roasted garlic.

I'm not allowed to cook garlic cause I eat a lot when I do.

They were gonna trash, like, three pounds of garlic at work because it was roasted for a bit too long. So I took it home with me. I made a bunch of garlic puree and put the rest in the dehydrator to make roasted garlic powder. Garlic is so good. I also go really hard with the garlic.

I like to chop it up, toss it in a sauce pan with some butter, and cook it 'till its soft and put it on stuff like burgers or potatoes.

I do it all sorts of ways. I really like slicing it kind of thin and frying it in some butter to build up various pasta sauces.

Fuck. Now I want a burger with some garlic.

The garlic puree I made would be great, mix it up with a bit of mayo and spread that all over the bun, caramelize some minced onions and bacon, some arugala, some extra sharp cheddar cheese.

I really should do some shopping and get shit I can actually cook sometime.
