What you're seeing is one of many images spammed every day almost 24/7 by a discord group [Link removed due to dox report] whose members are all unemployed. They average 10-14 active threads a day but as more people filter and ignore them
they have grown increasingly desperate and have expanded their bank of spam images.

Who are they and why are they doing this?

The discord is a combination of a few smaller spam groups. Some claim it's to offset porn threads but it's failed miserably if that's the case.

What else do they spam?

Included in this copy-paste is an image with a small sample of the most frequent base images they use.

Here is a brief list of frequently used title threads and comments to lookout for: Andy Sixx (Main spam), Do I look Nordic(Many variants), Jelly pirates, Spinel, Morbius, The Mask movie, Willy Wonka,
Muscle Trump, Dead body erection image, Eustace Baggs, Corey Harris from pawn stars, I woke up with a rash, AVGN, guy sucking a turd, You'll see me in the news tomorrow,
any image with poop, Am I ugly (Look for an image of a white guy with a buzz haircut. How does a father bury/berry his son, meds, E, any image with a red skin mark on it

This isn't an all-encompassing list. An easy way to spot one of their spam campaigns is repeated images or themes.

What can I do?

1: Report; Use the following; Spambot, avatar use, evading spam filters. Bans do happen and when they do they often throw a tantrum and use VPNs to spam even more in retaliation
(usually 25+ threads)

2: Filter. Get 4ChanX and filter the image and filename. It only takes a second and forces them to work to keep ahead of it constantly.

3: Ignore. Never reply to their spam, ever. If there is one consistent theme it's reactions and attention.

In their discord, they even have a separate area just for reactions.

DON'T GIVE THEM ANYTHING.
