Legit answer? Laser hair removal (that 5 o'clock shadow fucking ruins your chance at passing). Then some facial femininization surgery. You need several years of HRT combined with losing weight and muscle mass to basically nothing to gain it back on the hormones. Probably should remove your testicles too. Possibly a boob job depending on how HRT goes. And then MAYBE you'll pass.

I mean you're never going to 'pass', in the sense that the average person won't realize immediately that you are male. Because you are male, and there are a great number of immediate 'tells', not least of all bone structure which you can never change.
But putting that aside you're failing on some really basic, simple feminising steps
- Your beard shadow either needs to be covered up (use something like panstik or another heavy concealer, take care to match it to your skin tone properly) or removed (personal laser hair removers are not that expensive nowadays and work best on dark hair like you have)
- Eyebrows are absurdly heavy/thick, you need to take out about 50-80% of what's there. Pluck from the bottom, mostly, but take care not to raise the line so much you look permanently surprised
- Lips are thin. You can build this up somewhat with lipstick but don't go too far or you'll just look like some cabaret shit
- The pained expression is nowhere near a smile. If your teeth are fucked up or something get it sorted.
- Choice of wig needs to include some kind of bangs, or wear it a bit lower. Forehead game is way too strong.
