If the company town is owned by a company, do taxes local taxes go to the town? Do state taxpayers grant money to the company to help purchase their police force? Or did you not know that a police force in a state, in any given city, is funded by the state and local taxes of that area? Its a company town, do they own and maintain the roads? If they do, then do the police even have jurisdiction there for citations, like parking or driving citations which are based on city ownership, or insurance/license requirements? You should look into how a company town could theoretically work, it always involves ceding lots of your civil rights to a company.
For example; say you won't do something illegal, but the company owns where you live, the roads you drive on, and the markets you go to buy food from, what prevents them from utilizing their private property rights, and banning you until you comply? Being in a company town, can you even safely consider changing jobs?
