The sharty will probably fold VERY FAST if they get sued, they are barely breaking even in terms of cash inflow.The site was sold to the current group for 10,000 dollars, and their only income is google ads. They'll have a hard time hiring lawyers. They won't be able to crowdfund either, a lot of their users are stupid zoomers and have no income. The owner of the sharty, recently wanted to sell the soijak forum (a subdomain of their site) for 2,500 dollars.
The thing to remember here is that Froot is not protected by section 230. You can sue them for their users behavior, because their admins openly approve of it. They have a board specifically for organizing attacks on other sites.

Even if the owners are not in the USA, their service providers are ALL LOCATED IN THE USA (with the exception of the original .party domain which is registered in germany). They aren't using 3rd world companies, so they are vulnerable to lawsuits and would have to listen to court orders.

I feel like things have changed, like something is different, like a shadow has fallen over Anon Babble and all our frens here.
Like when it happened, and I found out why it did, I understood why they did it. Sharty is correct that this place had become shit. They’re not a random group that hates Anon Babble for some gay reason, they’re anons, this was a protest. But Sharty isn’t better than Anon Babble by a long shot. They’ve got a decently funny and developed culture, but it’s not even close to being as good as Anon Babble was, or even is, even with its decline in quality. Nowhere is like this place, and this place is not like it was.
It’s partially the mods fault, especially seeing all the anons complaining about Anon Babble mods on other sites, I couldn’t believe how many anons were saying Anon Babble mods were shit, cuz I experienced it myself, but it’s also a slow board, so I figured there wasn’t that many users, but looking over the mango farms and other sites complaints, Anon Babble was brought up exponentially more often than other boards when compared to board speed.
So as an example, that is a board that definitely needs all new mods, and probably won’t get them.
But the other problem is the users and the “users”. Bots and trolls fucking up the site with gay shit posts has been devastating for the chan. This also doesn’t seem like it’s going to be addressed.
And the real anons, and this is the worst part, the real anons post quality has gone off a cliff. Either it’s anons who are whipping into a frenzy of retardation by troll/ bot posts, thinking it’s cool or funny to act retarded. Or it’s zoomers who are so bitter and so mal-educated that they could never provide a quality post if they wanted to, or it’s bobby fucks posting memes from 2016 that are way beyond cringe at this point.

And everywhere I go in real life, it’s uncanny, normies are using our memes like it’s normal. It’s over.
