I mean, I lift weight 4 times a week and I hike 3-5 times a week for most of the year, but I also like to relax on the weekends, which usually involves food, alcohol and snacks.
Even if I cut out the the unhealthy weekend stuff, I could never look like that without steroids. With steroids though, it would be easy, despite me being past my prime. Steroids (even just basic T) give you an absolutely enormous boost to muscle growth, to the point that someone who takes steroids without working out will gain more muscle mass than someone who lifts, but doesn't take steroids. So with steroids, and cutting back to maybe two unhealthy weekends a month, I could look like that by summer 2026.
